This article presents the results of a community service initiative conducted through the SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals) Volunteer Program—part of the ‘KKN (Kuliah Kerja Nyata) Rekognisi’ (Recognized Community Service) scheme at the State Islamic University (UIN) Sulthan Thaha Saifuddin Jambi—aimed at enhancing the digital marketing capabilities of MSME (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprise) operators in Mendalo Darat Village. The challenge faced by the partners was the limited use of digital technology as a marketing medium for their businesses. The implementation method involved needs assessment, outreach and socialization, mentoring, and activity evaluation. The activities consisted of education and hands-on practice regarding the use of WhatsApp Business, Facebook Marketplace, and Google Maps to support business promotion. The results indicate an improvement in the knowledge and skills of MSME operators in utilizing digital platforms for marketing, thereby supporting business development and enhancing competitiveness.
