The quota of 1 million free halal certification registration is a great opportunity for the advancement of MSMEs (Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises) in various regions. One area that sees this opportunity is Laweyan Village, Sumberasih District, Probolinggo Regency. The main efforts made by the Laweyan Village government to advance MSMEs are by holding outreach regarding the existence of a free halal certification registration program and providing personnel to help business owners register their businesses. The program was carried out at the Laweyan Village Hall. However, this activity has not been carried out optimally because there are still MSMEs in Laweyan Village who do not receive information so that business owners have not registered their businesses to obtain a halal certificate. The aim of carrying out this service activity is so that business actors in Laweyan Village who still do not have information can receive assistance when registering for a halal certificate. The method used is direct door-to-door assistance in each hamlet to register and assist business owners who wish to obtain a halal certificate. Based on the door-to-door results that have been carried out, there are 16 businesses that have not been registered in the village government archives and 6 food or beverage shop businesses that have not registered for halal certification.
